The learning of sight words has begun!
The Easter Bunny dropped off this note in an EMPTY basket.
Dear ________,
In the egg is a clue.
Follow each one to a prize for you!
Then an egg was taped to the note.
The Easter Bunny was very organized this year, numbering each egg and then making note as to where it was hidden.
The Easter Bunny must confess, that the few pieces of candy in each egg were from the halloween & valentine's day stashes.
Each egg had a 8" x 2" strip of paper with the clue printed. For the big words, there were clip art added.

Tried the melted crayon eggs that everyone was raving about on Pinterest & it worked!
Crayon shavings sprinkled over HOT eggs. (oven 350F 30min, foil lined muffin tin - catches most of the wax)
The crayons melted all the way around; no need to spin or turn or touch - HOT!!!
